Mingo Aerospace makes and repairs parts for airplanes. The abstract shapes in the logo and the use of sky imagery suggest motion and being in the air.
The bulk of their business centers around parts for cargo areas, including loading systems, refrigeration units, etc. Every part of their business boils down to keeping their client's airplanes in the air, moving efficiently and safely.
Sketching is a huge part of my process.
Below is another concept which was proposed to the client. The shapes in the logo suggest motion, and can be used throughout their visual communications, and create a cohesive visual brand.
