A note about the cover pictured above:
Artificial intelligence was used by the client for the creation of the background image for the cover. I adjusted colors, and modified the AI-generated image slightly to better resemble a painting, then created a graphic for the title.
Clear visual hierarchy is a crucial element of good design.
Visual hierarchy is established through use of typography, color, negative space, etc.
Use of style guides ensures a cohesive design throughout your project or projects, even over time.

I generally use a grid system, when laying out any project.
